Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our devices, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.


We take pride in providing high-quality skincare devices; however, for the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of all our customers, all sales are final.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Skincare devices, including the Exfoliating Skin Scrubber, due to their intimate nature and risk of contamination.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@exfoliateyourself.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, send a replacement.


Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email us at support@exfoliateyourself.com for assistance.


Hygiene and Customer Safety

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns of skincare devices that have left our care, as they cannot be resold or restocked. We appreciate your understanding.
